Josie Luptak plays Starveling in A Midsummer Night's Dream, the first of two summer productions from Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. The play is by William Shakespeare.
Question: Who is Starveling?
Josie Luptak: Starveling is the only girl mechanical. She likes Bottom, another mechanical. Starveling is very girly.
Q: Why do you like Shakespeare?
J.L.: I like Shakespeare because he has so many hidden messages in his words and puns and metaphors. He can say one thing and mean something else. It's really fun to figure out what he means.
Q: What would be a dream come true for you?
J.L.: To marry Justin Bieber.
