In the Wings: A Midsummer Night's Dream. Meet Hope Quattrocki.

Hope Quattrocki plays Helena in A Midsummer Night's Dream, the first of two summer productions from Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. The play is by William Shakespeare.

Question: Who is Helena?
Hope Quattrocki: Helena is an emotional, crazy girl who's in love. Once the man that she loves falls in love with her, she's astonished. Then another man falls in love with her, and she thinks it's a prank so she's a mess. She's an emotional roller coaster.

Q: Why do you like Shakespeare?
H.Q.: I like the flow of how the words come together at the end of a monologue or a soliloquy. The language is fascinating.

Q: What would be a dream come true for you?
H.Q.: For my mom to take me to L.A.

A Midsummer Night's Dream will run June 28 and 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the Tippecanoe County Amphitheater Park, 4449 State Road 43 North, West Lafayette.

General admission tickets cost $10 per person and can be purchased by visiting http://lafayettecivic.tix.com or calling 765-423-7529.

The mission of Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette is to enhance the artistic and cultural environment of Greater Lafayette through theatrical productions and educational opportunities.
