In the Wings: A Midsummer Night's Dream. Meet Delaney Schlesinger-Devlin.

Delaney Schlesinger-Devlin plays Quince in A Midsummer Night's Dream, the first of two summer productions from Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. The play is by William Shakespeare.

Question: Who is Quince?
Delaney Schlesinger-Devlin: Quince is the director of the mechanicals. He is more restrained than the others, but he still has his quirks.

Q: Why do you like Shakespeare?
D.S-D.: I like the old language. It's totally different than what we use today.

Q: What would be a dream come true for you?
D.S-D.: To have an unlimited supply of books.

A Midsummer Night's Dream will run June 28 and 29 at 7:30 p.m. at the Tippecanoe County Amphitheater Park, 4449 State Road 43 North, West Lafayette.
