Director Larry Sommers has announced the cast of Still Kicking, the first show in the 2013-2014 MainStage season at Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. Laurie Russell, a Civic Theatre volunteer, wrote the script; this will be its world premiere production.
By turns funny and touching, Still Kicking tells the story of a troubled young girl forced to volunteer at a local retirement center. The people she meets teach her important lessons about life, love, and lifting with your legs, not your back.
