Announcing the cast of Charlotte's Web

Director Denise Laussade has announced the cast of Charlotte's Web, the second production in the 2013-2014 Civic Youth Theatre season at Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. Joseph Robinette adapted the script from the book by E.B. White.

The Children's Literature Association named Charlotte's Web "the best American children's book of the past two hundred years." Adapted for the stage by Joseph Robinette, all the enchanting characters are here:  Wilbur, the irresistible young pig who desperately wants to avoid the butcher, Fern, Templeton, the Zuckerman family, the Arables, and, most of all, the extraordinary spider, Charlotte, who proves to be "a true friend and a good writer."
