Gillian Beaver plays a judge in Charlotte's Web, the second Civic Youth Theatre production of the 2013-2014 season at Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. Joseph Robinette adapted the script from the book by E. B. White.
Question: Why did you audition for Charlotte's Web?
Gillian Beaver: I thought it would be a really fun experience, being back at Civic again. Charlotte's Web was the first show I ever watched; I was two weeks old. [Ed. note: Gillian's father, Dan Beaver, played Wilbur during a production of the show at the Tippecanoe County Amphitheatre. This is the show Gillian is referring to.]
Q: What is your favorite farm animal?
G.B.: Probably horses because they're really pretty and they're usually the tallest animal.
