Maggie Pearl plays the Goose in Charlotte's Web, the second Civic Youth Theatre production in the 2013-2014 season at Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. Joseph Robinette adapted the script from the book by E. B. White.
Question: Why did you audition for Charlotte's Web?
Maggie Pearl: I really like the play, and my friends are doing it.
Question: What is the Goose like?
M.P.: She's a mother goose; she has seven children at the beginning. At the end, she lays more eggs so there are more children on the way. She's upbeat and happy.
Q: What is your favorite farm animal?
M.P.: A cow. I show cows for 4-H, and they're cute and snuggly.
