Shane Guenin is the Assistant Sound Artist in It's a Wonderful Life, a Radio Play, the holiday show in the 2013-2014 season at Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. Philip Grecian adapted the script based on the film directed by Frank Capra.
Question: What is fun about being the Assistant Sound Artist in this production of It's a Wonderful Life, a Radio Play?
Shane Guenin: It's really cool how you can make a sound so close to something real by using an everyday object, something that we've constructed. Some sounds in the show include doors opening and closing, a car crash and a train whistle.
Q: What is your favorite holiday book, song or movie?
S.G.: I've always liked A Charlie Brown Christmas.
