In the Wings: It's a Wonderful Life, a Radio Play. Meet Bob Rector.



Bob Rector plays Joseph and other roles in It's a Wonderful Life, a Radio Play, the holiday show in the 2013-2014 season at Civic Theatre of Greater Lafayette. Philip Grecian adapted the script based on the film directed by Frank Capra.

Question: What is fun about being in this production of It's a Wonderful Life, a Radio Play?
Bob Rector: It's a Wonderful Life has been a family tradition for years. We all get together and watch it each year. When I heard Civic Theatre was going to produce it, I thought it would be exciting to be a part of it.

Q: What is your favorite holiday book, song or movie?
K.B.: I like all the old, traditional Christmas carols.

It's a Wonderful Life, a Radio Play runs Friday, December 6 through Sunday, December 22 at the historic Monon Depot Theatre, 320 N. 5th Street, at the corner of 5th Street and North Street in downtown Lafayette. Friday and Saturday shows begin at 7:30 p.m. The Sunday shows begin at 2:30 p.m.
